Help spread the the word!

At a Restaurant or Pub. Talk and talk often. Talk to management. Every time you are at a pub or a restaurant that serves Lockdown, find a manager and tell them that you are more enthusiastic about patronizing their establishment because they serve your favorite local beer: Lockdown! Let your server and the bartenders know also.

If the place does not serve Lockdown, let them know you would look forward to returning when they get Lockdown on tap. (Hint: Always talk to management --- the message is many times forgotten by busy employees. Its a manager's job to listen to the requests and opinions of customers.) A good manager places a lot of stock in the requests of their customers.

If they have Powerhouse Ale on tap, let them know you are happy about that, and that you'd like them to carry Stony Bar Scotch Ale as well. Even if a strong ale isn't the biggest volume seller, many places will keep strong ales like Stony Bar Scotch Ale on tap if they know customers are coming in specifically to get that beer. Make it clear that as long as they have your favorite Lockdown beer on tap, you will be highly motivated to patronize their place on a regular basis.

Spread the word to people you know. Talk to friends, family and coworkers about Lockdown. Tell them about the brewpub coming to Folsom.  Talk about Lockdown's support of the local communities.  Tell them what a great time you had at our annual golf tourney.  Buy that person you are sitting next to at the bar a Lockdown. Bring a 5g keg the next time you are invited over to someone's house. Remember, nothing says "I'm a generous, thoughtful and giving person" like giving someone a craft beer!
