Folsom Breakout Stout (Not yet available)
Named after the long running Folsom bicycle club, this ale includes flaked oats added to black roasted & chocolate malts.  These give this classic a brilliant creamy head with just enough hop to balance this smooth, soft, full bodied ale to the end.

Hey Honey Porter (Not yet available)
A robust porter with a healthy addition of a dark, sweet local honey from the foothills.  This ale, named after a Johnny Cash song, has a medium malty character with a nice balance of aromatic hops.  The end has many hints of chocolate for a smooth finish.

Stony Bar Scotch Ale
A "scotch" ale, named after the first dam site in Folsom, has a medium malty/fruity character with a hint of chocolate.  It's a full bodied ale that is well balanced with a soft, hoppy flavor that has a long warming finish.

Represa Red Ale (Not yet available)

An American ESB (extra special bitter), complex, bold and toasty in flavor.  The use of specialty grains gives this ale, named after the old prison city,  a brilliant mahogany color.  It is "dry hopped" for a heightened aromatic finish.  Hop heads rejoice!

Powerhouse Pale Ale
This ale, named after the famous Folsom landmark, is brewed in the classic English style, using American Ale yeast.  The smooth and balanced taste comes from the North West Pale Ale Two Row, combined with classic imported Crystal and Wheat malts.  With a sunny gold color, the finish is crisp and clean and it is topped off with Cascade hops for an irresistible aroma.

Emma's Blonde Ale (Not yet available)
Named after a great Folsomite that ran a not-so-great business, this is a golden ale light in body and flavor.  Small additions of hop makes this ale the perfect thirst quencher.  Crisp & dry for a refreshing pint anytime.

Rainbow Root Beer (Not yet available)
Named after the famous Folsom bridge, this is a distinctive "house" brew made spicy, sweet & creamy.  The infusion of licorice bark, sweet dried orange peel, cinnamon and vanilla result in a "true" old fashioned style Root Beer...just like you remember!
