Emma's Blonde Ale

Light and refreshing straw colored ale made with a blend of pale, pilsner and wheat malts.  

Lightly hopped with noble hops and a tiny bit of orange peel for a crisp, light citrus finish.  

Named after quite a female philanthropist in Folsom's past, who ran the town brothel in the early 1900's.   

ABV = 5%, IBU=25

Sutter St Common

The Common style beer is to California what Sutter Street is to Folsom, uniquely original.  We thought it truly fitting to brew this classic style.  

Made with a unique lager yeast and fermented in between lager and ale temperatures, Sutter Street Common a crisp, dry beer made 

with North American Pale, Medium Crystal, Victory and Chocolate Malts and ALWAYS hopped according to style with Northern Brewer hops.  

ABV = 5.5%, IBU=35 

Powerhouse Pale Ale

Sunny, gold colored ale, made with North American Pale, Crystal and a small amount of Wheat Malts.  

Bittering done with Palisades hops and rounded out with Cascade hops for a pleasant, floral aroma.   

Named after the Historic Folsom Landmark built in 1895.  

ABV = 5.2%, IBU = 35

Powerhouse India Pale Ale

The Pale Ale's Big Brother! Golden Amber in color, made with heavy use of Pale, Crystal and Victory Malts, this is a well balanced 

West Coast Style India Pale Ale with multiple hops varieties and additions, including Warrior, Chinook, 

Columbus, Amarillo, Citra and Centennial hops.  

ABV = 7.2%, IBU = 80

Represa Red Ale

Named after the small town, just east of Old Town and home of Folsom Prison, this 

mahogany colored red ale is malty, with a bold, toasty finish, and aggressively hopped.  

Hop lover's rejoice.  

ABV = 6%, IBU = 40

Stony Bar Scotch Ale

A strong, amber colored ale, brewed with the finest of UK malts and hops, including British Crystal, Pale Chocolate, 

Roasted Barley and German Smoked (Rauch) Malt.   Hopped with English Challenger and 

East Kent Goldings for slightly sweet, smoky and earthy finish.  

ABV = 7.2%, IBU = 30

Folsom Breakout Stout

(Coming back in Fall 2011)

This ale includes flaked oats added to black roasted & chocolate malts. 

These give this classic a brilliant creamy head with just enough hop to balance this

smooth, soft, full bodied ale to the end.

ABV = 6.4%, IBU = 20

Rainbow Root Beer

Named after the famous Folsom Rainbow Bridge, this is a distinctive "house" brew made with a rainbow of flavors. 

The infusion of licorice bark, sweet dried orange peel,

cinnamon and vanilla result in a "true" old fashioned style Root Beer...just like you remember!

Hey Honey Porter

A robust porter with a healthy addition of a dark, sweet local honey from the foothills. 

This ale, named after a Johnny Cash song, has a medium malty character with a nice balance of aromatic hops. 

The end has many hints of chocolate for a smooth finish.
